The Kingdom of Pruth was the last of the independent kingdoms to become part of the Cranath realm. Pruth became the eight Cranath duchy in the year 509. That year an entwining was arranged between the Cranath Queen-in-Waiting, Fruetha, and Prince Munlar. Prince Munlar’s father, King Namenlar, submitted to King Cranan and became the first Duke of Pruth.
The Pruthians are master wine makers. Across the Duchy of Pruth, the foothills and valleys of the Drowin Mountains are covered with vineyards.
The ruler of the Duchy of Pruth is a hereditary position. The eldest child of the reigning Duke, or Duchess, takes the Duchy’s throne upon the death of the previous Duke/Duchess. In 774, Duke Thulen is the seventeenth Duke of Pruth. He gained the throne of the Duchy in 772.
